- Understanding of the generic Software Development Lifecycle stages and the processes under each stage.
- Must have an excellent problem solving and business analysis skills – ability to understand business objectives and translate them into system requirements.
- Must have knowledge and experience in web development tools e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Must know how to convert processes into diagrams using Unified Modeling Language (UML).
- Must have an excellent oral, written, and client presentation skills.
- Must be able to work well with a team, communicate well with the group, adaptable to circumstances, self-motivated, teachable and fast learner.
- Knowledge and experience on applications in creating mockups and wireframes is a plus.
- Knowledge in BPMN is a plus.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision and direction, HE/SHE shall perform the following:
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, Interface designs)
- Conduct user experience research to be implemented on the design
- Create interactive system prototype using the latest prototyping tool such as Axure, Figma, and Invision Studio.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Interact in a professional manner with diverse groups such as executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Serve as the bridge between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Handle minor task tickets which may be specific to software programmer, software tester, or system administrator
- Participate in events and other activities (e.g., exhibits, meetings, and seminars) needed for the project
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
