Competencies :
  • Experience in Technical Writing is a plus
  • Proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other programming languages used in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software: database development including relational database design and user interface design and prototyping
  • Experience with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously · With experience in agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum is an advantage · Knowledgeable in software programming (C, C++, Python) and agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

He/She Shall:

  • Develop deep learning models and architectures and implement machine learning algorithms and models;
  • Design and develop natural language processing models and implement data pipelines to support AI applications;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-based solutions;
  • Conduct data analysis and research to identify new opportunities for AI-based solutions;
  • Be updated with the latest AI research and technologies and ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI applications;
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
  • Document code, algorithms, and models. Communicate with the identified stakeholders of the project for requirements development, requirements management, and system issue management and resolution;
  • Train and mentor junior AI researchers and engineers;
  • Oversee development of system features based on System Requirements Specification (SRS) and other system requirements documentation;
  • Participate in system requirements engineering activities for the system;
  • Implementation of solutions to tickets in the technical debts backlog of the system and fixes the tickets in the bugs backlog of the system;
  • Deploy and test the product units to identified partner organizations;
  • Be responsible for documentation and presentation of report status of scheduled tasks to supervising officer;
  • Conduct routine system infrastructure maintenance activities and ensure the security and availability of the system’s services;
  • Address urgent and important tasks immediately and contribute to the development of project schedules and workflows;
  • Attend seminars, symposia other structured gatherings related to advanced S&T and other areas of concern related to the development;
  • Recommend changes and enhancements to software methodologies and applications; and
  • Perform related duties of a regular or a special nature as assigned.
