JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any degree relevant to the job
Experience : None required but experience in web development is a plus
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Requirements :
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
  • Knowledgeable in Bootstrap, Angular, NodeJS
  • Knowledgeable in Git
  • Understanding of web application testing practices
  • Understanding of web UI design principles
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision and direction, HE/SHE shall perform the following:

  • Build website user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Write well-designed and testable code by following standard software development practices
  • Build and optimize integration of front-end UI with back-end services
  • Develop test plans and application guides for deployed applications
  • Maintain operation of new and existing COARE applications
  • Design and develop build mobile-responsive design
  • Write technical documentation
  • Carry out other tasks that may be required by the facility
