  • With good numerical and bookkeeping skills, neat and accurate with reports
  • Must have strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, with initiative, fast learner and hardworking
  • Has knowledge in Open Office and Windows Operating System
  • With good oral and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision and direction, HE/SHE shall perform the following:

  • Prepares summary of ORS and BURS (All Funds)
  • Provide details of funds availability to Purchase Orders/ Contracts
  • Preparation of financial reports (FAR No. 1 and FAR No. 1A- on disbursement)
  • Online encoding and submission of FAR Nos. 1, 1-A and 3 to URS
  • Alphalist data entry and validation of taxes withheld (BIR form 1600 and 1601E)
  • Review correctness of tax certificates attached to Disbursement Vouchers
  • Prepares summary of taxes withheld for remittance
  • Prepares LBP payment form for BIR remittance (GIA); checks the correctness of BIR returns and tax remittance advice generated thru EFPS
  • Filing of NORSA, BURSA and Cancelled ORS and BURS
  • Other duties that may be assigned
