DOST-ASTI assures every user of the website that every personal data shall be protected with the agency’s best ability. As what is stated in the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the agency will do its duty “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth”.

Any information that the Advanced Science and Technology Institute (www.asti.dost.gov.ph) will collect from its users shall be used primarily to give the site’s editors and administrators some useful data on the website usage and activities of users.

Rest assured that the information that will be posted would not identify a specific user.
