Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazard (NOAH)

The Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (UP NOAH) is created mainly for two objectives: 1) to conduct research, development, and extension services on natural hazards, disaster risk reduction and climate change actions and; 2) to encourage public and private sector cooperation and partnership in the prevention and mitigation of disasters. NOAH collaborates with the DOST-ASTI's PREGINET and COARE on research networking and high-impact weather research.
