Resetting Password (VPN and User Portal)

You may reset your password by accomplishing the following process: 

  1. Request a reset password token 
    • Access and enter your username. Upon submission of your reset request, you should receive a token in your email registered to your COARE account. This token is only valid for one (1) hour. 
  2. Set preferred password 
    • Following the instruction stated in the email you received upon completing the previous step, supply the received token in the Reset Password form on the link provided. And then, enter your preferred password. You should see a "Password successfully changed" prompt when you have successfully reset your password.
