Resetting Password (VPN and User Portal)

You may reset your password by accomplishing the following process: 

  1. Enter your username 
    • Access and enter your username. Upon submission of your reset request, you will receive a reset password link on your email that is registered to your COARE account. Follow the link to reset your password.

  2. Set preferred password 

    • On the reset password page, enter your preferred password and click submit. You should see a "Your password was successfully changed." prompt when you have successfully reset your password.
