What we offer

The Computing and Archiving Research Environment (COARE) aims to initiate multiple-data integration and collaborations with academic institutions and different organizations in all fields of scientific domain to support research and development (R&D) work and research and data sharing. This objective is realized through providing a platform for high-performance computing, storage, analysis, and sharing of scientific data, as COARE responds to the high-computing and data storage needs of the scientific community. At present, COARE's standard services include High-Performance Computing (HPC), Science Cloud, and Data Archiving.

This Service Catalogue provides a centralized and detailed source of information about the services that COARE currently maintains and offers. A brief description of COARE's standard services and the high-level system architecture setup for each service are outlined below:

HPC

The HPC service can be utilized for high-speed and resource-intensive computations and processing of large datasets. Compared to an average desktop computer, the HPC can deliver faster and more rigorous results.

Science Cloud

The Science Cloud enables the provision of cloud resources for cloud-based applications and computing.

Data Archiving

The Data Archiving service provides a repository with redundancy which aims to accommodate various storage requirements and offers multiple store options and large storage capacity for COARE users.
