LOCATION            :          Computer Software Division

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

    Education        : Graduate of Bachelor of Science in any IT-related course
    Experience              : None required
    Training                      : None required

    Requirements

: •    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Management, Computer Science, or any related field.

•    Must have strong analytical and organizational skills including attention to detail and muti-tasking skills

•    Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle is an advantage

•    Must be a team player, communicator, adaptable and self motivated

•    Excellent communication  and interpersonal skills

•    Self-motivated and willing to learn.

•    Can work with minimal supervision

•    Hardworking and has a time management skills

•    With good oral and written communication skills

•    Must have a knowledge in using project management and other office document tools

•    Must be agreeable to following office rules and guidelines

•    Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision and direction, HE/SHE shall perform the following:

•    Organize team working in the project

•    Ensure that the objectives of the project are met

•    Ensure software project quality standards are met

•    Develop a detailed project plan and use project management tools to keep track of people and progress

•    Recruitment of project teams

•    Monitoring agreements to ensure guidelines are maintained

•    Overseeing the budget of the project

•    Report and escalate issues to management as needed

•    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

•    Report to work on time

•    Finally, but importantly, help make work fun!
